Do you like being sick? Of course you don't, so you must be careful and look after your systems in order to be healthy and full of energy.

But, how can we look after our systems?

It will be very easy if you follow these simple instructions:

Respiratory system

  • Breathe clean air (don't smoke!!).

  • Keep your house ventilated: when you ventilate your house, many germs, bacterias and dust go away.

Circulatory system

  • Do exercise everyday.

  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet: don't eat salty and fatty food.

  • Sleep enough time: your body needs to rest. Children need 8 to 10 sleeping hours every day.

Excretory system
  • Drink enough water (at least, 2 litres every day).

  • Don't drink alcohol.

  • Don't take unnecesary medication.

Our skin

  • Protect your skin against sun damage: sun's ultraviolet radiation (UV). To do so, you must use sunscreen lotion.

  • Drink enough water: your skin needs lots of water.

  • Protect your skin: use moisturizing lotion.

Reproductive system
  • Hygiene is very important: take a shower or a bath everyday.

  • Be careful when playing contact sports: your reproductive organs can be accidentally struck.
